Yesterday you made the plan. Today you lay the foundation. A good foundation doesn't look impressive yet — but it makes everything else possible. Focus on getting the core working. Don't worry about polish. Working ugly beats beautiful broken every time.

By the end of today, your app should:

• Run without crashing
• Have real data flowing through it (not just placeholder text)
• Show at least 2-3 actual features working
